Returns policy

We offer a refund on any items returned to us within 24 hours of the delivery date, excluding any delivery costs. You can use our Free Collection service to return unwanted items according to Liv Glam cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel an order starting from the moment the order is placed ("cancellation on the spot") and up to 7 business days together with a purchase invoice and a product ticket for each item.

Products marked as SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation of an order will be made by email only.

 

Cancellation of an order will be possible according to the instructions below:

A. Cancellation before delivery - ("cancellation on the spot") cancellation of an order before it is sent by the company. Upon cancellation of the order, the money paid for it will be returned to the customer.

B. Cancellation after delivery - canceling an order after the product has been shipped, the customer has physically returned the purchase (by prior arrangement) to the business address.

The product is closed in its original packaging, it has not been used in any way, the product includes the item label, the product is without damage, and/or defect and/or body odors and it has not been used in any way.

A product that is returned and does not meet the above requirements will not entitle the customer to a refund and/or any other credit

When canceling an order after delivery, the customer will bear the cost of the shipping fees.

The orderer will be credited only after receiving the goods.

We offer a refund on any items returned to us within 24 hours of the delivery date, on a Free Collection service.

A refund will be issued to the original card used for the purchase within 14 working days of receipt of the return. Please note: processing timelines are dependent on your bank. This refund will include the total value of the items returned, including the relevant taxes, excluding shipping or return courier costs.

How much will I be charged for delivery?

We offer a One Delivery Fee for orders – you can order multiple pieces from multiple for one fee. You'll see the delivery fee at the checkout.

For orders above 450EUR the delivery will be free of charge. 

 

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes.  For now, we are working in Cyprus, Germany Bulgaria, and Italy.
